·         Return Request Submission: You can send your return request via email along with the required photo or video attachment.

·         Condition of Item: Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in original condition without any signs of wear, stains, or misuse.

·         Original Tags & Packaging: All original tags must be intact, and the product must be returned in its original packaging, including dust bags or boxes, if any.

·         Return Approval: All returned items will undergo a quality check. Returns that do not meet our criteria will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

·         Refund Timeline: Once your return is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 working days to your original payment method.

·         Exchange Option: You may opt to exchange your item for a different size or product of equal value, subject to availability.

·         Shipping Costs: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or wrongly delivered.

·        Products purchased under any offer, discount, or promotional sale are not eligible for return.
